Can I see proofs before my invitations are printed?
Yes, concept proofs are emailed to you. Once we settle on a design layout and wording a physical proof will be mailed along with a full quote and contract. Upon accepting the design your deposit equal to the cost of materials is required along with the signed contract.
How long does it take to make my invitations?
Once your deposit is received and all wording proofs have been finalized by you – we will begin production on your order. Typical production time is on average, 4-6 weeks from when production begins. Please give yourself ample time to order, have them shipped and get them sent out.
What if I want a special color combination, style or materials ?
We love custom orders and will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Send me an email at tammy@marryme-designs.com and tell me what you’re looking for. I try to return emails within 24 hours.
What if my invitations are going overseas-can you still do custom postage?
Yes, we are able to also print International as well as domestic postage for the required rate to its destination and return if necessary.
Do you do RUSH orders?
We can do RUSH orders – however they are subject to designer availability and a $50 expedited handling fee. Email me with your ideas galore worksheet; and how soon you need them. I will check availability and get right back to you so you can make your decision and we can get started.
How will my invitations be shipped?
Marry Me! Designs ships orders primarily via USPS Priority Mail® or FedEx Home delivery® depending on the size of your order. If you happen to be an International Customer – Email us for a shipping quote. Please remember to account for customs delays if you are buying from overseas.
I have special instructions to add. Can this be done too?
Yes. We also make all sorts custom inserts to suit any of your needs. They’ll be perfect for your extra wording!
Do I have to assemble my invitations?
No. We assemble your ensembles and ship them ready to be addressed and sealed. This keeps the bows crisp and neat and limits any shifting during shipment. If you would like to cut costs by assembling your invites yourself please indicate this on your ideas galore worksheet and we’ll deduct those services from your quote. If your ensemble includes a pocketfolder or such style invitation, we recommend allowing us to add the cost of that postage and applying for you so there’s no need to disassemble to apply postage.
Do you have “inner” or “liner” envelopes?
Yes & No. The manufacturer of the metallic envelopes we most commonly use does not make a size compatible for inner or liner use in most cases. Some square metallic envelopes come in the next size up or down that can work as a inner/outer combination. Matte envelopes come in basic white and ecru colors and have inner envelope combinations. If there’s a certain type of envelope you’re looking for, just ask. We’ll do all we can to find it for you.
Can you also address my mailing envelopes?
You bet! Our computer calligraphy guest addressing service is available. Ask us for the guest list template. Please proof your guest list carefully, we are not responsible for address or spelling errors on your guest list, sorry.
How soon should I mail out my invitations?
Typically 4 -12 weeks before your event depending on the location and how many out of town/state guests may be coming. Most reception sites need your final guest count up to two weeks ahead of your event so leave yourself enough time to get all your responses back and confirm with late responders – there’s always a few!
Which stamps will be on my invitations?
The USPS has issued a beautiful stamp ensemble suited perfectly for weddings that we suggest for your RSVP envelopes. We also offer custom stamp options. Email us if you’d like more details of postage prices or options. Postage is done as a courtesy, and there is no upcharge for USPS stamps. Custom postage has an additional cost for the custom paper/shipping.
Do you stamp the envelopes too?
Yessiree – we do it all! If there are a few extras you do not wish to stamp, let us know and we’ll leave the postage separate for those in your order.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Please read our policies with regard to refunds. These are not flexible, and we do hope you understand our position.
